Custom Transfers
Custom Transfers, utilizing luxury vehicles and a licensed chauffer, can be arranged to virtually any destination. For example, transfer from a major city to a hotel in the countryside and incorporate a private tour, lunch in an outstanding restaurant or wine tasting en route to your destination.

Custom Tours
Unique special interest tours, designed especially for JDB clients, are our specialty. JDB Ground can plan custom city tours as well as full day trips in the countryside, all tailored to a client's particular interest. Enjoy a private tour of a select museum or a palace in Florence; visit the pubs of Dublin with a local guide. Spend the day exploring a medieval walled village; sample local cheeses, olive oils, meats and breads made according to centuries old tradition. The possibilities are endless! The cost of a full day custom designed tour with a car, driver and private guide generally ranges from € 520 to € 800 or more. Examples of factors influencing the actual price of a custom tour include the complexity of the itinerary, the specific country and the exclusiveness of private venues.

PAYMENT
Full payment is charged to the client's Visa or MasterCard 30 days prior to travel.

LATE CHANGE FEE
A late change fee will be applied if tour or transfer dates or itineraries are changed at the request of the client less than 14 days prior to departure. The fee will be 10% of the total cost of the tour or transfer, plus any cancellation charges imposed by vendors.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation policy applies once a service has been confirmed.

More than 30 days prior to travel:
10% of the total cost of the tour or transfer, plus any cancellation charges imposed by vendors.

15 - 30 days prior to travel:
- 25% penalty

14 - 8 days prior to travel:
- 50% penalty

Within 7 days:
- 100% penalty
