Most vehicles used for JDB transfers are Mercedes E-class or similar (1 - 2 passengers), Mercedes Viano or VW Caravelle (3 – 6 passengers) and 16 seat minibuses; JDB retains the right to substitute a different vehicle type if necessary.

Clients who arrive late for a transfer - that is do not exit the airport customs area within an hour of the flight's arrival - will be responsible for charges for driver waiting time. Should the client miss the scheduled transfer for any reason, there is no refund.

Please advise at the time of booking if the client has a physical disability, if there are children needing a car seat, or if clients have more than one suitcase and carry on bag each.
