Located about four blocks from the Via Veneto, and originally built in 1870 by Venetians, this very cool hotel has a beautiful art-filled lobby and bar as well as a striking open atrium where aperitifs can be served, weather permitting. It also has an excellent buffet breakfast in the restaurant where lunch and dinner are also available.

Rooms are a nice size and feature either twin or king beds. Each one is beautifully appointed and includes all modern conveniences including marble bathrooms, satellite television and mini bar. Among them are five junior suites with whirlpool tubs. Suites have attractive aromatherapy amenities. There are no connecting rooms; however, a family of four can be accommodated in a junior suite. And what a wonderful staff! They are very proactive and ensure that JDB clients receive special attention. The hotels offers valet garage parking (for a fee) as the hotel does not have a garage.

Facilities of the hotel include – in addition to a really wonderful, art laden, intimate cocktail bar off the art deco lobby with piano music in the evening (making it a popular gathering spot) - a truly excellent gourmet restaurant, as well as a fitness center for the use of hotel guests.
